My students are creative, inquisitive, and energetic! They enjoy movement and working collaboratively with hands-on activities. They come to school each day ready to learn and challenge themselves to take chances in order to grow both personally and academically. My students inspire and motivate me every single day! In our classroom we ARE mathematicians and scientist. Most importantly, we are a close family.
We are a STEAM centered school focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.
We are also a Title I School. Even though we are a low-income school, that does not hinder our students! My classroom is an inclusion where students take pride in our classroom and school community. In our classroom, we work on positive thinking and a growth mind set. As educators today, we must embrace our students and their unique styles of learning.
