I selected these classroom items to make sure the students are ready to learn. Pencil cases, name tags for desks (w/ some great math references for fractions and place value which the whole year builds on), and exciting prize box fidget toys. Most of the students do not come w/ any supplies.
School, for many of our students, is their safe place. My shopping list also includes books that will help my students improve their reading level and other books that support social emotional learning which is important in our school.
