I teach special education at the high school level. My students typically range from the ages of 12-22. Common diagnosis within my student population are Autism, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, etc. Although behavioral issues can sometimes arise, our students have the purest of hearts and I truly believe they are much happier than most. They are a blessing to our school, families, and community.
