So much emphasis is put on academics and that is very important, but I also want to give my students the chance to be creative and build their social skills by having a fun 'kitchen center' to play in with their classmates.
Focusing on social skills is a huge part of kindergarten and having an inviting area for my students to play in and practice these social skills that have been taught is key!
