The school is located in an urban area and my classes are very diverse. The classroom is diverse not only in observable ways like gender and race but in varied and subtle ways like cultural background, life experiences, thoughts, ideas, and traditions. There are White American, African American, Spanish, Asian, Latino, and immigrant (from the Middle East and African countries) students. This cultural diversity created a culture of inclusion and acceptance among the students. The diversity of dreams is another interesting aspect of the class. Some of them are athletes and play football, basketball, soccer, baseball, etc.
