We've spent that last year and a half learning virtually due to the pandemic. However, this year, my kindergarten students will finally get the chance to learn full-time in the classroom. They are ready and excited to be in school to start their educational journey!
My young scholars will benefit greatly from hands-on learning experiences and fun manipulatives to help support their academic success. I have hand-selected manipulatives and materials that will make learning fun and engaging. Alphabet unfix cubes will give my students the opportunity to practice decoding and encoding cvc words, which is a major goal in kindergarten. A class set of rekenreks will help my students build their number sense and develop addition and subtraction strategies as they become magnificent mathematicians. Pencils and pencil grips will give my students the necessary tools they need as they develop their writing abilities and become authors. These items will excite and inspire my students to learn and succeed.
