Students will be able to use Instant Pots to create their favorite cultural dish in the classroom. Now traditional dishes can be completed in less time! Students will research family cultural recipes and traditions. They may choose to continue the family legacy by being innovative in preparing favorite cultural dishes using current kitchen appliances. They will practice being safe in the kitchen with proper tools and wearing aprons. Family recipes should be enjoyed and passed on to the next generation. Students will have this opportunity as they cook for their classmates and at home!
