The things on this list will help me reward students for their hard work and continued effort. Math is hard. If students try and try and they feel it's for nothing, they'll just give up if they get things wrong.
If my students are offered prizes or I am able to reward them for their hard work, they'll keep trying.
Also, being in a Title I school, a lot of them cannot afford what they need for school, these supplies will help ensure they have what they need to be successful. On the list, you will find fidgets and other things that can be used as prizes and basic supplies they'll need for the classroom, including pencils, lead, erasers, spirals, and pencil holders.
