A shared classroom iPad will be used to provide our students with assistive technology in speaking, reading, writing, and math. This iPad will help me to help my students to bridge the academic gap between themselves and their typically developing peers. We can use apps and programs that use read alouds or highlight words as the reader follows along, promoting reading and language.
Flexible seating will help our students with autism and ADHD to better focus and engage in lessons and assignments which ultimately leads to better academic achievement.
The book bins will help our classroom to run more smoothly and allow me to focus on student needs.
