My students are currently very interested in 'bugs'. Some students know to appreciate these critters for their useful benefits while others are still scared of them. This class set of insect books will allow us to introduce our class to all the benefits of the bugs around us! The insects in clear acrylic will allow my students the opportunity to closely observe the insects in a safe non-threatening way. They are still creepy, but at least they aren't crawly in the acrylic! The hand puppets will allow me to introduce different types of 'bugs' during circle time songs and activities.
