In this CTE course, 7th and 8th-grade students prepare for high school and beyond by developing the practical skills needed for long-term success. Students embark on a journey of self-discovery to explore who they are and who they want to become, looking beyond just future job titles to align their personal strengths with their goals. A central part of our work is consistent reflection; students evaluate their progress, celebrate their growth, and set actionable goals for self-improvement. By mastering essential skills like professional communication and time management today, students gain the confidence to take ownership of their education and build a clear roadmap for a successful, fulfilling future.
