I am trying to put together a classroom library to help facilitate reading on a regular basis. By giving students a wide range of books to choose from, you are helping students to find and foster a love of reading. Students will be able to draw from the library to work on class projects, independent reading, or work for another class. This project is of additional importance this year as the library has been closed since the start of COVID. In years past it was very difficult to get some students to borrow books from the library for their weekly reading, but with a classroom library this goal would be much easier.
