Our school is providing extra support to students who are falling behind so that we can get them caught up to their grade level standards. Many of our students have been negatively impacted by the pandemic. To support them in achieving grade level standards, we are creating a schoolwide system where students will receive lessons catered to their learning needs. I will be facilitating this project. My current computer often freezes and crashes. I often am not able to move our project forward efficiently. I need to set up class times for the entire student body where they will meet with specific teacher for support and communicate with both the teachers and administration. I will also be using the device to work directly with students either online or face to face. This project will make a difference in students' learning because they will receive lessons specific to their needs 3 times per week. The goal of the project is have 100% of students achieve their growth target before the end of the school year. Their progress will be monitored through the funding of this project. The students will do both a pre and post assessment so that I can monitor the progression of the project.
