Singing is a natural way for students to express themselves and an essential activity in music classes. Unfortunately, during COVID, singing indoors is not recommended due to the transmission of aerosols.
The 2 canopy tents will allow the students to be outdoors to safely sing in a well ventilated area. For part of the music lesson, students, especially in the lower elementary classes, will have an opportunity to sing songs with their classes outdoors. Mitigations such as mask wearing, 6 foot distancing, and facing the same direction will also be implemented for the students' safety.
