One of the challenges we have faced during the transition back to learning is the use of technology in classroom spaces. For our school, we allow students to bring their devices back and forth to campus. We started this procedure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The resources within this donor’s choose project would allow for students to have a set of chargers that they could use at school and a set of chargers they could leave at home. Since many of our school’s students do not have access to the technology they need to learn with at home, we want to provide them with the resources they need. The additional resources of display technology within this grant would help students reference information on the TV monitors in the classroom. This will help students stay focused on the content while still social distancing inside of the room.
