Teaching remotely opened my eyes to the difficulties students were facing as they learned from home. Some lacked resources (simple earbuds with mics) but also the motivation to complete simple tasks.
Technology is still a necessity with teachers talking through their masks and in crowded classrooms. To encourage the students, the added incentives/prizes (3 wireless earbuds) and treats to motivate and inspire the students are simple but AWESOME to get the students back to feeling excited about being in school. We want the students equipped, enthusiastic, and encouraged to begin a new school year.
