My students are willing to work hard but they need encouragement to be motivated and engaged. Technology is the avenue to get their attention and maintain their focus as I demonstrate rigorous problem-solving. The technology can also be used by students, as they use it to demonstrate and articulate their learning and problem-solving.
After a year of pandemic learning, students need help to transition back to in-person learning. What will bring learning back to life? Multimedia. Having this new technology to use will deepen the learning experience for students. . Multimedia will help students’ engagement because it helps make learning visual, which is crucial to learning math. Studies show that visual pathways are involved when working on symbolic number calculations. All mathematical concepts will be better understood with the opportunities that technology provides.
