The plexiglass barriers that I am requesting will allow English learners to practice speaking and learning to read with one another. Without these barriers, students will not be able to sit close to one another and practice learning English together. Using English with one another will help my students to build their confidence as a second language learner. They will learn new vocabulary words and also learn social cues to help them interact with students in their own classrooms. Students learn best from each other and providing them the opportunities to communicate with one another will help them to accelerate their learning.

About my class
