I want to host a year-long "Camp Read A Lot". I hope to get the Mindset, camping theme posters, and the backdrop to decorate the room. With some basic art supplies, I can pull together some campfire crafts and activities. I bet I will win them over with a marshmallow measuring and graphing activity. I will encourage reading by telling my students to "Camp out with a good book", I will create a classroom tent and individual tents for "read to self". I figured they would enjoy the quiet space and maybe since they are in a covered area they can take a mask break.
