These materials will help our students return to learn because we will be able to make more space in the technology lab. By making extra space, students will be able to social distance appropriately while they are working in the lab.
It is important for my students to have these resources because we use the lab to support STEM activities and assessments throughout the year. The computers in the lab will supplement the Chromebooks in my classroom and support students in engaging in more rigorous technology-based learning opportunities throughout the year. This includes relevant projects that support place-based connections including the use of programs like Autodesk's Tinkercad to design and print 3D models of the ahupuaʻa.
