Social Emotional Learning is so important in our world today, especially for our students. Each month, our students have the chance to work on mindfulness in my seminar. Students can destress and be creative at the same time, in this non-stress environment. Students will decorate the rocks using positive quotes and pictures. Afterwards, we put them around the campus for others to enjoy. Not only does it create mindfulness, but it also spreads kindness around our entire K-12 campus. In order for this seminar to be a success, I need a few supplies. Thank you for your support!
