We will gather daily on this carpet for daily Math talks to set the tone for Math class for the day. Each student will have a white board,marker, along with their Math notebook and pencil. This is a time to have no wrong or right answers but just to help increase Number sense. Also this rug will be used for students to gather in a circle for discussions about books we are reading together as a class. This circle will give us opportunity to see each other's faces. Also this rug will just be a place students get get out of their desks to relax.
