These will make a difference in my students' learning by teaching them lifestyle activities they can continue to participate in throughout life. These items will allow me to teach them that you don't have to be a high school star athlete to participate in physical education throughout life. These few items will allow them to take interest in a sport or activity they may not have thought of or even considered. It will also allow them to participate in the activities while they grow older.
In essence, this project is to bring awareness to physical activities and true education and knowledge of different lifestyle activities they can participate in to maintain a healthy body and life.
About my class
