The supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a place in our classroom. I know exactly where they will go and so will my students. The seat sacks will be placed on students' chair backs and used to store materials such as books and inquiry journals. The pocket on the sack will allow students to place their materials in a safe clean space so they are easy to find and are reusable from year to year.
I want my students to learn that when you organize your materials, you will always know where to find them. When you know where your things are, you can spend more time learning. Wisdom begins with wonder. Let's not spend our time wondering where our things are.
