In Social Studies reading is a key part of our lessons. A Wicked History series makes reading interesting and enjoyable for my students. These books bring to life the key leaders covered by our standards. The students get to dive deeper into who these leaders were and why they made the choices they did.
The building blocks are used as creative ways for students to bring the buildings we learn about to life. Students will learn about key buildings and see them in our PowerPoints. After the PowerPoint students can use the blocks to recreate the building or design it the way they would if they were the leaders.
