These materials will be used to help organize our classroom. With so much to learn, these materials will be used to provide storage opportunities and organizational tools. The student seat storage, pillows, display shelves, attendance helper and schedule chart will help our classroom run smoothly, and keep students' materials coordinated. There is significant scientific research that supports the positive effects of a clean and well-organized space, and these tools will help us to achieve just that! After a challenging year and a half away from school, students deserve both a well-organized and supportive classroom. Therefore, in addition to organizational tools, you will also note the self-regulation and calming tools. These materials, including the kinetic sensory sand, cuddly puppy weighted shoulder wrap, and tactile pillows will be components of our emotionally responsive and restorative classroom.
