I will use the books to help build my classroom library. I want my students to get into books and go places. I want reading to be an enjoyable experience for them. I would like to share lots of different kinds of genres with my little learners. Many of my students do not have access to books at home. As a teacher I want my students to become successful, independent readers. Students who have immediate and ongoing access to engaging books exhibit higher achievement, better comprehension, and increased vocabularies.
