The materials I am requesting would help to build a wonderful classroom library for my students. Being a new teacher my library is pretty small and I feel that is a disservice to my students. I believe that it is important for teachers to have a well stocked library for students who may not have access to books at home or for students who finish their library books before they get the chance to go again. Also, reading should never be limited to those who can afford to buy books and while libraries are a great place to go not all students have the means to get there. It is my hope that you could help to build a classroom library that is accessible to all and keeps my students excited and going back for more.
