As my students return to in-person learning, they will benefit from storybooks and other supplies as they continue to work on improving their speech, language, and social emotional skills.
Storybooks will assist with supporting my students' narrative development and enhancing their imagination. In addition, students will be provided with school supplies (e.g., whiteboards, magnetic alphabet letters) to continue learning through multiple modalities as they practice both early and later developing literacy skills.
These school supplies will also allow for my students to return to in-person learning with the necessary tools to succeed and enjoy their speech-language sessions. After all of the adversities that they have faced, I want to ensure my students feel supported and prepared to learn in the 2021-2022 school year.
