An iPad is one of the most easily adaptable resources we can use to support children of all ability levels.
iPads provide options to increase educational access for students with various disabilities. For non-verbal students, an iPad acts as a means of communication, with programmable picture schedules and assistance with daily routines. For students with low vision, the iPad has options to enlarge text, change contrast, read aloud and dictate so students can more independently complete writing and research projects. For students with cognitive delays, the iPad provides educational tools that are motivating and engaging. The treatment options are endless!
