Students will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of flexible seating options within our classroom as they work together, as a community of collaborative learners. Some of these flexible seat options will allow for students to move their bodies as they are learning which can help with attention to tasks at hand. The rug will be a great addition to our Morning Meeting area to help students feel more comfortable as we greet, share, and cooperate each morning. All of the flexible seating will go well with the black and burlap theme we have in our classroom which fifth graders think is a more grown up theme for their classroom.

About my class
