Students in after school will learn the fundamentals of maintaining safety in a kitchen(cleanliness, handling equipment), learning how to chop veggies by using plastic sedated knifes and cutting boards and cook different recipes using bowls to prep food and eventually use burners, pots, and pans to cook a variety of recipes.
Extra cooking supplies are needed to maintain cleanliness and have smaller groups of students work together especially as we manage to prevent the spread of covid. My students have already requested a lesson on how to make eggs in different ways!
About my class
