I selected the set of Happy Journals for my students this year because I wanted to present a relaxed yet thought provoking avenue that introduces and encourages students to writing. These journals will serve as "brain bump" and "thinking grounds" as we explore different prompts and current events, to strengthen our opinions.
The class set of dry erase boards severs as one of our review resources. Challenging students to rely on their knowledge within specific content area of review. While we are working academically, students will also be able to engage socially through competition amongst their peers.
