In this age of technology and COVID, students have missed opportunities to practice social skills. Kids all know how to play video games, but they have never learned classic games and the social skills needed to interact face to face. Students will be given the opportunity to work in groups, take turns, praise others, and learn how to lose gracefully. Learning classic games gives students the opportunity to then take these skills and interact with a wide range of people while having the confidence and language needed to be successful.
