I want to start the year with my students providing small group instruction. This table will give me and my students a good start by showing them that they all have a seat at the table where they can get the one-one direct instruction and exchange ideas and bright spots with their peers. When students know they have a seat at the TABLE and special attention is given to them and their learning style they perform to the best of their ability. Every student's learning style is unique and in a small group with a seat at the table. I can decipher the best needs for my students because students will be able to have their voices heard at the table, louder than in whole-class discussion.
