This iPad and Apple pencil will allow me to be free from being stuck in one spot in the classroom. I teach English Language Arts. My district's curriculum program has a big part online. Together as a class, we do a lot of our work online. I project the assignment on the whiteboard and I'm stuck standing behind my podium using my computer that is attached to the wall. If I had an iPad, I would be able to project the assignment and be able to circulate the room to help students in need. The iPad would also allow me to work in small groups with the many online resources that are available. By donating to this project, you will be improving and increasing student attention and focus!! I will be able to circulate the room and make sure the students are on task and engaged. Updated technology will increase their literacy and my ability to engage more one on one with a student.
