We're living in the 21st century, where you have to find different ways to keep your students engaged into the curriculum. Having different manipulative, posters, activities, seating, headsets, paper/pencils, and etc.; will allow my students to show growth in their standard core. The resources will assist the students with learning the math concepts and phonics. In small groups or centers, students will use the materials to improve or enhance their reading and math skills. The games, will help the students to make a connections with the materials in the curriculum.
The resources will assist with making a connection and bridging the gap with the curriculum. Using the games and resources to assess on what the students know and the areas that we need to focus on to build a connection. Our focus is to show grow from the beginning of the year to end, to prepare the students for next grade.
