The requested items will make a difference because they will motivate and encourage students to learn. They will create a warm and nurturing environment. They will provide students with resources that will assist them with reading and writing. The motivation posters will be great for students who may not believe in themselves.
Students learn best in an environment that will make them feel motivated to learn, and the requested items will fulfill this mission. For example, there are posters that are requested that will encourage students as they are learning.
Therefore, my lesson plan would go like this:
Objective: Students will learn strategies to assist them with believing and loving themselves.
Students will look around the classroom at the donated motivational posters and we will have a discussion about them and talk about the importance of staying motivated, loving, and believing in yourself.
The learning outcome for the reading materials is for students to develop a love for reading. They will also realize the importance of reading including strategies that will help with comprehension.
They will then choose their favorite poster, state why it is their favorite, and share it with the class.
Lastly, the items will assist with helping students improve reading and writing skills.
