Kindergarten age children learn best when they have access to bright, engaging hands-on activities. I have many such activities in my classroom and am adding more all the time. However, what I need is somewhere to put these materials so that my students can have easy access to them. The bookshelves I have selected are the perfect height for little learners and will allow my students to select the materials they would like and put them away on their own which teaches them to be responsible and independent. The colorful bins are attractive and practical, making it easy for the children to take the materials to their own learning spaces and return them to their proper place. The bear counters are engaging and perfect for so many things--counting, addition/subtraction, patterns--too many to name! By funding my project you will be helping some pretty special little people learn to love learning!
