My classroom has several students who suffer from asthma and other health issues that can be easily aggravated by smoke inhalation. We have already had several indoor only days this summer due to smoke resulting from wildfires. If our classroom is force to close all windows and doors the risk of spreading infectious disease becomes higher. If even one student becomes ill, our entire class may be forced to leave school for several weeks in order to quaritine. These air purifiers will help to ensure that students and staff remain healthy throughout the year in order to continue this year's education, uninterrupted.
