I will be able to teach SEL through kid-friendly and multi-culturally diverse books. I have read-aloud time every afternoon and it is truly beneficial when I can teach life skills such as: calming strategies, conflict resolution, manners, how to make a friend etc through the power of books! I love reading and want my students to as well through fun and engaging books. It has never been a more important time in history then now to reinforce social emotional learning skills. I appreciate your help in building my SEL classroom library.
