Due to rising COVID cases in Alaska and the vulnerable population in our village we have re-entered a COVID distance learning set up. However, because we have no wifi in our village our distance learning is analog. That means we have to deliver weekly paper packets and books for our students to learn from. Last year during distance learning the kindergarten students also received a new leveled texted weekly and now we no longer have any to give out to this year's kindergarten class. Especially because English is not my students' first language it is essential that they have engaging and consistent exposure to grade level appropriate English literature.
