Throughout the year, students have different jobs in our classroom. Students are paid for completing their jobs correctly and on time. Students can also earn money for their behavior, work completion, working hard, being kind, and many other things. Twice a year we have a classroom store so they can spend their hard-earned money. I would love to fill my classroom store with items that motivate students to be responsible and give their best effort. Some of these motivating items include tablets, cameras, room decorations, sports equipment, games, and many more. Students learn many important life skills through this classroom economy project. They learn jobs skills, how to manage finances, how to work with others, and that hard work pays off.

About my class
