My students come to school daily to learn new things and grow personally and academically. A lot of my students are low income. We are a Title I school. My students try their best to get the supplies they need for classroom projects but aren't always able to do so because of lack of resources.
We are requesting supplies for our classroom to help my students create and succeed in classroom projects and to make the classroom comfortable for learning. My students seem to excel when they are in a cozy, comfortable environment where they feel safe and relaxed. The supplies that are being requested will be used to help make classroom projects possible for students, the stools will give flexible seating for one-on-one testing and small group testing, as well as, working on classroom projects and the lighting will provide a cozy, comfortable environment for learning. We will use the colored pencils, play-doh, scissors, glue, etc. for various projects throughout the year. By donating and giving my students these resources my students won't have to worry about where or if they will have the supplies to do a project where they can have a hands-on learning experience. We want to thank our donors in advance for helping make this possible for our classroom.
