My students are from a large city in Ohio. Most of my students live in poverty. Some have parents that work, but struggle to provide basic needs. School supplies are last on the list. My students are hard workers. They enjoy math and many of them are great problem solvers! Our school has just been renovated and we have wonderful technology to use due to grant money. Teachers at the school are caring and spend a good deal of their own money buying basic supplies.
