I am requesting magna-tiles, transparent building bricks and fidget poppers. Fine motor skills are skills that students need in order to complete everyday tasks such as holding a pencil or cutting paper. These skills are skills that not every student has a chance to build before coming to kindergarten.
However, I know that many students in my class need tactile materials throughout the day due to their development levels at five years old. Furthermore, my students will have access to these materials daily in order to practice to build fine motor skills, have an eagerness for learning, and build creative play in the classroom.
