Creating a healthy lifestyle can be challenging for most people but we believe that if you start at a young age it becomes a habit that you will continue with for the rest of your life. We want to teach our students how to use balance boards, exercise balls, and other equipment correctly so when they join a gym they already know what to do and they will not feel intimidated. Our students are excited to get into the weight room and begin learning how to lift weights and create workout plans. We need your help to ensure that they have all the right equipment to use while exercising! With this fitness equipment my students will learn all kinds of new exercises and different ways to use this equipment to improve their muscular strength.Once my students have learned how to use all the equipment safely they will learn how to create their own workouts to target different parts of their bodies. They will use each piece of equipment multiple times throughout the week while exercising. Giving them the confidence they need and the knowledge will allow them to take what they are learning home with them to help their families also create a healthy lifestyle. Our hope is one day they will be confident enough to go to a gym and know what they are doing and not worry!
