My goal is to teach ukulele to every 3rd through 5th grade student. I truly believe this will positively improve student experiences in my school and ignite the musical interest for early childhood students. This in turn will create a culture of support within the community and possibly motivate parents, teachers and local leaders to create and encourage other forms of learning experiences.
Most importantly, the instruments that you help fund will encourage 21st century skills in all students such as critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, collaboration, music literacy and overall literacy.
