Soft starts provide a positive, structured start to the day. I love providing students with a fun, hands on activity to start their day on a positive note. This is a great time for me to check in with students in the morning. Building blocks, Playdoh, LEGOs, and coloring pages are so engaging for students and get them so excited to come to school each day and start their day. Students need these types of unstructured activities to learn skills like planning and problem solving. Please help provide my students with fun activities to start their day!
