The majority of materials in this project benefit active learners! By getting my students alternative seating and hands on manipulatives they are allowed to keep moving while they work! Without these tools students are quick to loose interest, fidget or even get up and walk around, distracting themselves and others.
When students can be active while they learn, they are able to focus better, stay engaged and have fun! The interactive maps and fractions, decimals, and percent circles help to ensure students are able to see the concepts we are learning. By doing so they are cementing the information to help them grow in their knowledge and love to learn!
